How to eat fruit??
Kiwi : tiny but mighty, good source of vitamin E, fiber, potassium, magnesium, vitamin C content is twice than orange.
Strawberry : protective fruit, highest total antioxidant, protect the body from cancer causing, blood vessel-clogging free radicals.

Semalam my aunt ader sent email to me, how to eat fruit???, then after i read baru la tahu cara yer..hehehe
that's why la i posted this entry supaya lagi mudah i nak refer if i forget and ditambahkan lagi i baru nak start diet balik...
What is the correct way to eat fruits?
a, Eating fruits before take your meals.
b, Fruit should be eaten on an empty stomach.
*** if u eat fruit like that, it will play a major role to :
- Detoxify your system
- Supplying u with a great deal of energy for weight loss and other life activities.
one more, if u like to drink fruit juice, drink only fresh fruit juice, Not from the cans.
Don't even drink juice that has been heated up
Don't eat cooked fruits because u don't get the nutrients at all. Cooking destroys all the vitamins..

Sukan 1 : Isi air menggunakan cawan/gelas yang berlubang dan penuhkan dalam botol..
Sukan 2: Lari dalam Guni
Sukan 3: Acara mengutip gula-gula untuk kanak bawah 6 tahun..
Sukan 4: Pijak-pijak belon tuk dalam group
Sukan 5: Acara tarik tali..Sure ader tiap kali Family Day
