Bowling & Climbing

Semalam, 28hb12 aku buat 2 aktiviti sekali, main bowling kat Ampang Superbowl, Flamingo and climbing kat Madmonkeyz..bowling ptg n climb dimalam hari..bukan ape bowling dah lame tak main..kbetulan k.sha ajak n aku on jer..climb best sgt..malam semalam aku dapat gak panjat tinggi skit compare last week..rase ringan skit badan bile kite dah leh control momentum badan..

Pai Ayam

Hari ni aku mencuba buat Pai Ayam or nama english yer Chicken Pai kat umah ku di Melaka..ayah ku suka pai ayam so aku buatkan la n hantar skit kat rumah nenek n mak cik ku..bagi dorang rase..hehehe..

Resepi Pai Ayam

BAHAN:
Untuk inti pai (filling)
1 cawan isi ayam- dihiris nipis
1 cawan cendawan butang- dipotong nipis -guna yg dalam tin pun boleh
1 tin cendawan butang sup Campbell
1 tin(kecil) kacang pis (sekiranya suka) or Frozen Mix Vege
1 biji bawang besar- dipotong dadu
1 biji kentang- dipotong dadu dan direbus
1 cmb lada sulah
2 cmb mentega/minyak
1 biji kuning telur (mengilatkan pastri)
sedikit air (sekiranya terlalu pekat) 

UNTUK KULIT PAI (PASTRI) - guna Pastri segera jer jenama Kawan

cara2 nyer..

1.Panaskan mentega. Tumis bawang besar hingga kekuningan. Masukan isi ayam dan biarkan seketika.
2.Masukan cendawan butang sup Campbell, ubi kentang, kacang pis, air dan lada sulah. Kacau hingga sebati & agak pekat.
3.Setelah masak, angkat dan ketepikan seketika.
4. Guna kaedah cut & paste kulit pastri letak dalam bekas.
5.Tuangkan isi pai yg dimasak tadi keatas base pai.
6. Guna kaedah cut & paste juga utk menutup inti pai sehingga habis tertutup. Bahagian tepi pai ditekan2 guna garfu utk melekatkan bahagian base dengan bahagian atas. Cucuk2 sedikit dipermukaan pastri agar pai tidak menggelembung ketika membakar.
7.Sapukan sedikit kuning telur yg dicampur dgn 2 cmt air utk mengilatkannya.
8.Bakar selama lebih kurang 12-20 minit atau sehingga pastri masak di dlm ketuhar yg telah dipanaskan pada suhu 200'c.

Putrajaya Challenge Park

Semalam petang aku pegi main boulder kat Putrajaya Challenge Park..ok juger la tempat ni..kat sini bukan sahaja boulder tp wall climbing sekali ader..kire luas n besar dr madmonkeyz..baru aku dapat tgk situasi sebenar org wat wall climbing..tp aku tak berani lagi..cukupla mula2 ngan boulder tu pun still takut2 lagi..aku pegi ngan k.sha n k.miza..lieza n faiz dah ader dah kat sane..tp semlam aku tak dapat nak climb sgt coz kaki aku tersalah urat..jadi aktiviti pergerakan aku terbatas..tensen gak tak dapat berpeluh cam tu ari..tapi takpe next time boleh pergi lagi..Per entry Rm6 n sewa kasut rm5..reasonable la price die..pepun enjoy n suke this activity..

Indoor Bouldering Climb

Lama rase yer tak update entry..akhirnya dapat gak la aku climb semalam walaupun cume indoor jer..bagus juger boulder climb ni disamping dapat menguji kekuatan tangan n cam ner nak control momentum badan ni dapat juger la aku nak kuruskan badan..al-maklumla skang ni aku sibuk skit berdiet..thanks for my osemate lieza coz introduce this place kat aku..lieza ni memang kaki climb..memang seronok n mengujakan la climb ni..hope aku dapat la meneruskan aktiviti ni walaupun cume sekali seminggu..lupe nak bagi tahu korang tempat aku gi ni kat area wangsa maju, Madmonkeyz nama yer..Kalo yg berminat nak climb aku suggestkan pegi la tempat ni..takla panas sgt coz aircond..hehehehe..tp berpeluh banyak la gak compare selalu aku jogging..Kami pergi bertiga..next time boleh la ajak member2 lain..

Atkins Diet

What is Atkins Diet ??

The Atkins diet promises that not only will you lose weight -- and not be hungry -- with a low-carbohydrate diet, but you'll also be on the road to better heart health and memory function, as well as other wellness benefits. The diet is based on the theory that overweight people eat too many carbohydrates. Our bodies burn both fat and carbohydrates for energy, but carbs are used first. By drastically reducing carbs and eating more protein and fat, our bodies naturally lose weight by burning stored body fat more efficiently.


How it works???


By restricting carbohydrates drastically to a mere fraction of that found in the typical American diet, the body goes into a state of ketosis, which means it burns its own fat for fuel. A person in ketosis is getting energy from ketones, little carbon fragments that are the fuel created by the breakdown of fat stores. When the body is in ketosis, you tend to feel less hungry, and thus you're likely to eat less than you might otherwise. However, ketosis can also cause a variety of unpleasant effects (such as unusual breath odor and constipation) in a small number of people.
As a result, your body changes from a carbohydrate-burning engine into a fat-burning engine. So instead of relying on the carbohydrate-rich items you might typically consume for energy, and leaving your fat stores just where they were before (alas, the hips, belly, and thunder thighs are popular fat-gathering spots), your fat stores become a primary energy source. The purported result: weight loss.


Have 4 Phases: 


Phase 1
Called induction; it's where you'll kick start your weight loss, 
losing up to 15 pounds in the first 2 weeks.

Phase 2

Eat More Foods; Lose More Weight
Ongoing weight Loss, or OWL for short, lets you start adding
more types of food and more carbs back into your diet-but amazingly,
you keep losing weight, just a bit more slowly.

Phase 3
Called Pre - Maintenance. By now, you've lost so much weight, you're only 
10 pounds from your goal. Is it complicated? Not at all, basically
you keep adding carbs, keep losing weight and keep gaining control.


Phase 4
Lifetime Maintenance. You're at your goal weight, you know exactly how much
and what kinds of foods you can eat to maintain your weight and you'll never
have to go on another diet, ever.
